I have a new video for you to start your week. In this one, I talk about protecting your peace in chaotic times. I share some tips and strategies that are helping me to stay grounded and take care of my well-being, in a world that sometimes feels overwhelming.

This video was also partly inspired by some topic suggestions from the community, so thank you! I hope you'll enjoy this one. 🤗🍵

I did make several tweaks:
I used half soy yoghurt/half mayonaise
I used whole wheat macaroni
I substituted onions for radishes
I substituted celery for cucumber
I substituted vinegar for lemon juice
I added some fried tofu cubes

But it's super nice! I especially love the dill in the dressing, one of my favorite herbs to use. So feel free to give it a go if you want. :)
