WPC is wood plastic composite, it is a composed product which is mainly made from wood powder or other cellulose materials, plastic and some necessary additives by extrusion process.
The complete PE WPC door hollow board extrusion line includes the following machines:
1, SJZ80 or SJZ92 conical double-screw extruder.
2, board moulds.
3,calibration table.
4, catapillar haul-off.
5, transverse cutter.
6, roller stacker.
And some auxiliary machines are necessary as following,
1, WPC materials mixer.
2, WPC material pelletizing.
3, WPC sanding machine。
4, WPC embossing machine(optional)
4, crusher and mill for reuse of waste WPC. Etc.
5, Air compressor and water chiller.

Raw material for PE WPC door board:
Natural fibers: wood waste, saw mill waste, wood powder, wood flour, wood chips, bagasse, bamboo, coir fibers, rice husk, cotton stalks
Polymers: PE plastic
Additives: formula will be provided separately.

PE WPC door board size on SJZ92 extrusion line:
board width: 1250 mm (maximum).
board length: as per requirement through online cutting system.
board thickness: 10~40 mm(solid), 40~100mm (hollow).
board size: 600*20 mm, 750*40mm, 900*40 mm and many other customized sizes.
colors: multiple colors, as per requirement of customers.

Plant capacity(one set of SJZ92 extruder):
20m/hr or 300 kg/hr with a standard out size of 900*40mm WPC hollow board mould.
