The video for "Mumbles" is the representation of emotion and true self-examination. At times we become completely wrapped up in feeling, to the point that our 'self' is no longer recognizable. Some may continue writhing in this cloak, whether it be grief, depression, or love. Some choose to live their entire lives hidden by facades, afraid of what they may find within. But when potent or capricious feelings (usually warranted by meaningless or uncontrollable stresses of life) are swept away, you may realize that your true self is very different from who you thought was underneath.
