A few things I forgot to include in the video. its best to stay in the sweet spot, the distance is roughly the range where your longsword is barely in range to poke the boss. this makes parries more consistent and actually allows you to follow up when you land the parry. another thing to note is that your are also able to tank the first and second phase if your healthy and holding block. I'm not sure exactly how much damage it does but it seems to do around 95% of your health in squire and 70ish% in a decent kit (might be true damage i have not tested). keep in mind if you do decide to tank it you will lose a big chunk of oxygen so get ready to pop a water breathing before or right after you get hit by the phase if your o2 is low. lmk in the comments if there's any part in particular you have been struggling with and I'll try my best to help.
