Recently, O’Connor traveled to Ute CrossFit to be a guest coach, and our cameras were there to capture the action. Follow along in this video as he coaches a group of everyday athletes through heavy power cleans from start to finish.

Not only does O’Connor’s class include a warm-up and a cool-down, but he also explains and corrects athletes’ movement patterns and gives tips to ensure everyone is moving safely and efficiently.
