Ingredients :

2 orange peels , cut into small cubes (2粒鲜橙皮,切成小方块)
120g caster sugar (细砂糖)
60ml water (水)

Chocolate sauce (巧克力酱):
60g Dark chocolate (黑巧克力)
30g dairy whipping cream (淡奶油)

250g unsalted butter(牛油)
180g brown sugar (黄糖)
5 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
230g plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
20g /2 tbsp cocoa powder(可可粉)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-55 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱,以170°C烤50-55分钟。

Chocolate ganache (巧克力淋酱):
120g Dark Chocolate (黑巧克力)
60g Dairy whipping cream(淡奶油)
20g unsalted butter(无盐牛油)
