Galicia, Spanish Northwest region, exhibited for the first time in 2015 in New York City the best Galician cinema&cuisine, by joining the "Mestre Mateo Cinema Awards" with the most exquisite food products of Galicia...and we´ll do it again in 2017: more days, more movies, more products...more Galicia in the US.

The Galician Cinema and Food Festival is a pioneer project to showcase the Galician film industry and its gastronomy. The Gastronomic event is held thanks to the support of the Galician government, The Cervantes Institute of NYC and the many participating brands.

We aim to showcase Galician talent in these two sectors with the goal of connecting our common Atlantic roots with spending a delightful week full of great cinema and awesome food.

We come from the end of the world to bring you our stars...our movie stars, our gastronomy stars and even our sports stars...here they are! Enjoy!
