USA Water Polo 2023 ODP Girls National Championships. Olympic Development Program in Northern California March 23 - 26. The 2023 Olympic Development Program Girls National Championships took place in Tri-Valley, CA. Three different age groups, organized by year of birth, will take part including Youth (2004 HS Seniors, 2005, & 2006 athletes), Cadet (2007 & 2008), and Development (2009, 2010, & 2011).
