Welcome to this 12 minute morning stretching routine to wake up and feel amazing for work, and the rest of the day! Stretching in the morning is one of the best ways to feel good throughout the day. Tight muscles? Stretch in the morning before your cup of coffee. Stretch in the bed if necessary I get it, we’re all not morning people! The best stretching practice is to stretch your full body to loosen tight muscles. If you’re in a crunch for time, stick to 5 stretches that will loosen tight muscles in your neck, shoulders, waist/spine, hips and quads. Morning stretching will also increase your energy. No, you probably won’t replace your morning cup of tea or breakfast with stretching, but you MAY prolong either of the two! It’s called being fulfilled, happy, relaxed and calm. Reduce anxiety, stress, depression with stretching. I stretch daily, wether i’m flowing to a new routine, or I just feel like doing my go to routine, before crashing to bed!
Take time out to unwind daily, you deserve it. This can be in the morning, evening, or afternoon. The most important thing is to stretch, preferably in the beginning of the day, and the end of the day just before laying down for bed.

Stretching may seem dreadful, but once you get going, you’ll enjoy it. Once you notice how good you feel, and satisfied you are throughout the day, you’ll want to stretch more! Wake your brain up! Flow with me whether you’re a beginner or seasoned stretcher! We can do this at home, I stretch in my garage and love it! lot’s of space, and in peace and quiet!
