We unbox the Sonos Play:1 the Sonos Play:1 is a great smart speaker that will allow you to stream music right from your phone, it works with Alexa and can pair with your other Sonos speakers to create surround sound. I have two Sonos Play:1 speakers connected to my Sonos Beam to create surround sound for my TV. While it works with Alexa it does not have Alexa built in like the Sonos One but it offers a lower price point than the Sonos One and if you are pairing it with a Sonos Beam there is no reason to have 3 Alexa devices all in one room.
