I use the Arizona dry summer heat to turn green grapes into purple raisins.
I just placed them on the back porch that only gets sun in the afternoon. They were ready in two weeks. I dried them in September 2015.
When I first tried this, I honestly thought they would turn golden in color. I was wrong, and you will see they turn purple.
