Let’s Make Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken together.

Ingredients
2-4 thigh and leg quarters of chicken
Maggie all purpose seasoning
Maggie chicken seasoning
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Garlic seasoning
Lemon/vinegar
Jamaican browning
Ketchup
Vegetable oil
Onions,garlic,escellion, thyme, bell peppers, scotch bonnet pepper
Pimento seeds



Instructions
First get 2-4 leg quarters if chicken from the store.
Chop your chicken into small pieces.
Wash your chicken with vinegar or lemon then rinse with just water.
Drain and pat dry them with paper towel.
Now season your chicken with powdered seasons like maggie all purpose and chicken sesonibg, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic seasoning.
Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil and Jamaican browning for color.
Mix well Cover in a container and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or over night for best results.
To a hot pot pour some oil of your choice to cover the bottom of the pan.
Add your chicken one by one in the pan and let it crisp and each side. Repeat this step until all your chickeb has a crisp.
Once completed add back all the chicken to the pot and then add 2 teaspoons of browning and 3 tablespoons of ketchup. Stir until all the chicken is coated.
Next add chopped onions,garlic,escellion, thyme, bell peppers, scotch bonnet pepper and pimento seed to the pot and sautée for about 3 minutes.
Once sautéed add water to the pot until all the chicken is covered.
Cover your pot and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the water evaporates and turned into sauce.


Serve with your favourite sides and Enjoy!!!!
