Finally activating RARE Duke Nukem action figure features - from Captain Planet 1992 Toy-Line

I open the very rare 1992 Captain Planet & the Planeteers toy line DUKE NUKEM action figure. This more cartoon accurate version was supposedly only released in European countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, and England. I don't think the United States had a release of this version. I open an expensive on-card version brand new so we can compare it to the more common Glow in the Dark version as well as other Captain Planet figures. AND we get to finally see this figure's light and sound effects! I pop in some fresh batteries to see this rare feature effect. Electronic lights & sounds Nuclear Rays light up and Electric Charge sound effects.
