Welcome to Avon! Pathway to Premier is a program for NEW Reps and a way for you to earn more with Avon. Learn what it is, how you can earn from the TWO cash monaaay bonuses and one of my favorite social media tips. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

Pathway to Premier is Avon’s simple on-boarding program for new representatives! New reps are able to earn an additional $3,250 in their first cumulative 8 campaigns. That means you can have up to 65% earnings!!!

New reps have earnings of 25% (as long as they have an order of $40+ in a campaign), once they achieve Premier Level (a Rep that sells $5,000 – $9,999 in a campaign year) they will earn 30% earnings!

STEPPING STONE BONUS - Receive $20 cash for every $200 order you have WITHIN a campaign. So this bonus IS NOT cumulative. Earn up to $500 with this bonus.

MILESTONE BONUS - Receive 10% cash bonus for every $1,000 you sell within the 8 cumulative campaigns! Earn up to $1,500 with this bonus.

Also, any representatives that joined Avon in Campaign 24 of 2019, are able to participate in this program. Whoo! Only thing is that it is not retrospective, but you will get the benefits Campaign 5 onwards.
