🤶 ROSE WILLIAMS' FUDGE
Combine in large pot over medium heat:
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. butter
5 cups sugar
Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Boil to hard-ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add:
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 pint marshmallow creme (7-oz. jar)
1 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecan
Beat all together until well mixed, and pour into a well-greased 11x13" pan. Let set. Cut into squares.

🍖NEW YEAR'S EVE PRIME RIB
10 lb. Prime Rib
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
Rinse and dry the prime rib. Roll and coat in the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Wrap tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and, leaving it wrapped, let it come to room temperature. Turn oven to highest temperature and cook it for 2 hours. Turn off the oven and let it set until ready to serve.
