For many, food becomes one of Satan’s primary tools to steal joy and prevent us from living fully in God’s truth. Does this resonate with you?

Our eating becomes harmful when it sabotages our health, undermines our confidence, or stirs up negative emotions like guilt and shame. It becomes sinful when it keeps us in bondage—robbing us of the victory Christ has already won for us. Jesus came to break every chain and lead us into lives of freedom and triumph.

2 Timothy 1:6-7 tells us to “fan into flame the gift of God.” Imagine that gift as a glowing ember, full of potential. But in order for it to grow into a powerful, radiant flame, we must actively participate in fanning this ember into a flame in our lives. Are you stifling that gift? Are you allowing distractions, food, or comfort to keep you from stepping into the fullness of what God has for you?

I believe so strongly that our physical lives impact our spiritual lives. This is why I’ve made it my mission to help Christian women break free from these struggles and honor their bodies in a way that glorifies God.
