St Kilda Tramway Museum, 2024

Come along with me as we check out the St Kilda Tramway Museum located just 20 kms out of Adelaide. This place is a great wonder for people who like trams and are interested in more history.

St Kilda Tramway Museum is Australia's principal museum of the 19th and 20th century trams of Adelaide, South Australia. It takes care of every type of tram, including electric and horse drawn, to operate in Adelaide since 1958 when Adelaide's tram system ceased to exist except for the reserved Glenelg line. The museum also houses interstate trams as well as the old trolleybuses which operated. It is well maintained and taken care of by the volunteers. I recommend checking it out someday as it is a great destination for both the kids and the adults.
