Khatta meetha chivda recipe

Ingredients:-
3 cup Thick poha/ nylon poha
1 cup Murmure/ parmal/ puffed rice
4 tsp Oil
1 tsp Rai
4-5 crushed coriender seeds
2 chopped Green chilli
8-10 Curry leaves
1/2 bowl or 3 tbsp Peanuts
1/2 bowl or 3 tbsp Dharia/ rosted black gram daal
1 bowl Makhana
20 Raisins
8-10 split Almonds ( optional)
2 tsp or as per taste Salt
1/2 tsp Citric acid
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Haldi/ turmeric powder
1 tsp or as per taste Red chilly (optional)

Method:
1 . Firstly take a wok on high flame, add 1 tsp oil when it get warm low the flame and add nylon poha and roast it for 5 - 10 min, when it roast set it aside.
2 In the same wok on low flame dry roast Murmure/ puffed rice for 5-7 min , when it roast set it aside or u can also keep it with roasted nylon poha.
3. Put 1 tsp oil in wok on medium flame and add Peanuts and roast it for 5 min when it roasted add Dharia in this and roasted both . When Dharia get pink off the flame and keep them aside.
4. Then roast dry roast makhana on medium flame ,when it roasted set them aside .
5. Take 1 tsp oil in wok on medium flame when oil heats add splited almonds and roast them for 8-10 min .When it roasted keep them aside .
6. Take 1 tsp oil in wok again on high flame , when it warm add Rai , when Rai crackles low the flame and add green chillies and coriender seeds and turmeric powder then add all your above prepared ingredients ( from 1-5) with Raisins.
7. Add sugar , salt and Citric acid and mix them all nicely .
8. Keep it on low flame for 1-2 min a day again mix all chivda nicely and switch off the flame .
9. Enjoy your khatta meetha poha chivda.

Note:-
1. U can also add roasted cashews and roasted dry coconut pieces.
2. Keep it on container when it cools down .
3. If u don't want sweet and sour chivda then not need to add Citric acid or sugar.
