First, open the REDnote app.
Then, you have to go to the settings page.
You can do this by tapping on the profile icon
at the bottom right corner of the page
and then, tapping on the settings icon.

Or, you can also, at the app home page,
you can tap on the three lines icon at
the top left corner and then,
tap the settings icon at the bottom left corner.

Now, go to Account Security.
And at the bottom,
choose Account Cancellation.

Now, there will be a page in Chinese that will ask a confirmation code.
You have to enter the confirmation code that REDnote will send to your account device.

Then, you can tap this button in the middle.

Remmember that you can take a print screen of this page in Chinese,
go to translate.google.com....

so, you can go to the images section,
upload the print screen of the page in Chinese
and set Google Translator to translate this image from Traditional Chinese to English.

Then, you can copy the translation or download it.

Next, another page in Chinese will appear.
I already translated it using Google Translator as I explained previously on this tutorial,

Pay attention to this important reminder that is about the usarname account.

You can select the reason for log out, for deleting the account.
I've chosen one and then, I can tap the button to confirm it.
