Student Pen Report: Pelikan Pelikano Junior

In this video, I give the pen report on the Pelikan Pelikano Junior Fountain pen (right handed) with A (Anfaenger = beginner nib) in blue. This is part of my year long exploration of child/student/beginner fountain pens! This is another fantastic German made child friendly fountain pen.
This pen was purchased with channel ad revenue. I used a Pelikan converter and a Pelikan cartridge for my writing tests.

The ink I used in the Pelikan converter for my first fill of this pen was Diamine Oxford Blue (one of the first bottled inks I purchased and an old favorite of mine) and it was a perfect ink for this nib and all the papers I was using! The cartridge that came with the pen had quick dry time and is a lighter blue - it didn't get along great on CVS Caliber or Midori paper but it was good on the other paper types and not at all messy for children so I can see the value of that.
At the end of the video I show you how I'm organizing the child and student/beginner pens in a Monteverde 36 pen case! It's amazing how fast that case is filling up and I'll soon have to store duplicates separately.
