Running On Winlator

1. **Default Drive Change**:
Change the default E drive to `exagear` (if it doesn't exist, create it).

2. **New Additions**:
Add `box64-0.2.8` and `box86-0.3.6`.

3. **Bug Fixes**:
Fix the bug related to the invalid frame limit.

4. **Wine Updates**:
Add `wine9.9wow64` as the default (total of three wine versions).

5. **DXVK Addition**:
Add part of `dxvk` with default version `2.3.1.1`.

6. **Performance Tweaks**:
Modify the intermediate mode's `dy` to slightly increase speed.

7. **DX12 Game Support**:
Add the variable `VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_1` for DX12 games, preferably with `vkd3d12fix`.

8. **Controller Settings**:
Modify the controller editing size range, increasing the maximum to `300`.

9. **WFM Changes**:
Change WFM to `exa's tfm`. Wait for version `1.4` to be localized, as there is no localization yet due to technical limitations.

10. **Other Modifications and Fixes**:
Various other modifications and fixes.
