How to Bind Scalloped the Edges of a Quilt, hand binding, happy birthday quilt, birthday cake quilt

Hi, Everyone! In this video, I show how I bind the scalloped edges of a quilt. This is the second video in this series- the link to the first video is below. In this video, I make bias binding, sew the binding to the front of the quilt with a sewing machine, and sew the binding to the back of the quilt by hand.
