We were not sure if we should publish this video. The reason we did is because we are always transparent with you and life is not always perfect or positive.

We have so far been able to visit 33 cities in France and this is the first time we have had a negative experience. This is not to say we hate this city, no. It’s just we would like to show you our experience here.

Prior to arriving, we had consulted the official photography and filming page on the chateau’s website (https://chateaudecompiegne.fr/tous-ph...) and we did agree with the security to remove the mini flexible hand tripod when they asked. The microphone is not included in this page, and when we asked if we could speak to someone aside from security, they literally did not allow us to speak to anyone else.

We don’t expect to be treated like kings or celebrities. So we felt the best would be to leave as the whole incident made us look ridiculous in front of other very few visitors as well as made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Maybe we will try going there again sometime in the future, but it won’t be anytime soon. Next episode will be much more positive, we promise!
