This 2023, we are reviving Philippine Real Estate as our regular weekly content. We will cover topics such as land title or registration, real estate transactions such as sale, lease, donation, settlement of estate and expropriation and taxation.

We will also highlight the Philippine Immigration and Citizenship Laws, particularly the laws on visa and their qualifications and requirements.
