The Dream Sculpture located in St Helens, Merseyside, was filmed using the DJI Mini 3 (4K).
There are two drones flying at the same time , you can see another DJI Mini 3 in action.

Dream is a 2009 sculpture and a piece of public art by Jaume Plensa in Sutton, St Helens, Merseyside. Costing approximately £1.8m (equivalent to £3.05 million in 2023), it was funded through The Big Art Project in coordination with the Arts Council England, The Art Fund and Channel4.
