In 1976, two architects, Michael Doyle and David Straus wrote "How To Make Meetings Work." In it, they defined the roles of the "facilitator" and the "recorder" in terms that had not yet been popularized. They went on to form Interaction Associates, one of the very first companies focused on facilitation. Their theories, work, and methods have found their way into nearly every major facilitation practice and method popular today. It's the source code for the work we do.

In this online workshop, Michael Reidy, an Interaction Associates trainer and facilitator for nearly thirty years, will take us through one of IA's core practices for group decision making: Maximum Involvement.
