Priority in the UK including Crossroads and Parked Cars

In the UK priority is not always obvious, you should follow road signs and markings but even when you do there are situations that aren't clear. This is particularly true when dealing with parked cars. In this video I explain and demonstrate priority and how "path" and "committed" play a role in determining who may go first.
