You CAN Remove Deep Scratches From Automotive Tempered Glass - Here's HOW!

Removing deep scratches or defects from your cars windows is possible, but it takes time and the right tools. A foam pad with cerium oxide won't remove deep scratches on your glass, but it will clean minor stains and cloudy glass.
Diamond pads are the answer for deep scratches in automotive windows, but it takes time to get the clarity back to original. I started with 400 grit diamond and stepped all the way up to 3000 grit before the final cerium oxide polish.
One trick to avoid putting too much heat into the glass is to slow the speed of your tool down. I used a variable transformer on my 4" angle grinder.
Also be sure to keep moving around or you will make the glass wavy or dished if not careful.
