I found some old footage from when Lenaaround came to visit me in 2017. In this video, I show her the easiest and fastest way to make a Quebec poutine. You can make poutine at home too!

Quebec poutine or Canadian poutine is essentially just three ingredients: fries, gravy, and cheese curds. You can make everything from scratch for fancy poutine or you can buy everything premade and just warm them up and put them together.

Since Linling is not a big fan of cooking I showed her the quick way. You will need:

store-bought fries that have been cooked in the oven
a can of poutine gravy slowly brought to a boil on the stove.
cheese curds, or a mild cheese that melts easily into cubes.

In a bowl, add your cooked fries.
Top with lots of cheese.
Pour hot gravy on top and enjoy!
