Ask any makeup junkie you know—Charlotte Tilbury is essentially the queen of runway beauty and her line (newly available in the US!), is complete with 10 iconic beauty looks. In this tutorial, Joey breaks down how to channel Kate Moss with Charlotte Tilbury's iconic 'Rock Chick' look.
To prep the skin, start with Magic Cream and then use Wonderglow foundation. Next, use The Retoucher to conceal, and powder with the Air Brush Flawless Finish compact. To create the iconic cat-eye look, use the Rockin Kohl Liquid Eye Pencil to draw dramatic top eyeliner with a flick at the end. Use eye pencil to line the bottom waterline, and smoky silver shadows on the lids. Use loads of Charlotte’s amazing Mascara to accentuate the eyes. Finish off the look by contouring and adding glow to the face. For a final touch, opt for a nude lip.
