How to replace valve stem seals on a 99-04 mustang (WITHOUT AN AIR COMPRESSOR)

If your mustang has oil burning issues mainly sitting at idle and you tap the gas and smoke puffs out the back, more than likely your valve stem seals are shot and worn out. As you can tell in the video my seals were greatly expanded over stock and allowing oil to slip trough. I replaced the seals with new seals off of Rock Auto and I no longer have smoking issues.
