Today we will be making masala toast sandwich. A very simple and easy recipe anyone can make within minutes for high tea or morning breakfast. Only the requirement is you need boiled potatoes and green chutney already prepared so that you can make it quickly and serve to your loved ones. This masala toast sandwich can be had by Jain people also . Because it does not contains ginger garlic and you can keep onions as option instead of onions you can use cucumber slices. Masala Toast Sandwich | Mumbai Masala Toast Sandwich | Street Style Masala Toast Sandwich | Sandwich Recipes

Ingredients:-

१ चम्मच तेल/ 1 Tspn Oil
१ चम्मच सरसों/ 1 Tspn Mustard Seeds
१/२ चम्मच जीरा/ 1/2 tspn Cumin Seeds
२ हरी मिर्च/ 2 Green Chillies
६-७ करी पत्ते/ 6-7 Curry leaves
१/४ चम्मच हींग/ 1/4 Tspn Asafoetida
३ बड़े चम्मच उबले हुए हरी मटर/ 3 Tbspn Boiled Green Peas
३ बड़े उबले हुए आलू/ 3 Big boiled potatoes
१/२ चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर/ 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
स्वादानुसार नमक/ Salt as per taste
हरी धनिया/ Chopped Coriander leaves
६-८ ब्रेड के स्लाइस/ 6-8 brown or white bread
३-४ बड़े चम्मच धनिया मिर्च पुदीना की chutney/ 3-4 Tbspn Green chutney
३-४ बड़े चम्मच बटर/ 3-4 Tbspn Butter
१-२ चम्मच चाट मसाला/ 1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala
प्याज की स्लाइस/ Slices Onions
टमाटर की स्लाइस/ Slices Tomatoes
शिमला मिर्च की स्लाइस/ Capsicum Slices

Method:-

Tips:-
1) Apply butter generously before applying green chutney in order to avoid bread being soggy and moist.
2) You can keep green peas as optional in aloo masala recipe.
3) Instead of Green Chillies you can add 1 Tbspn Red Chilli powder.
4) Skip Onion slices and jain masala toast sandwich will be ready:)
