After a year of frequent use, here I do a quick and easy Basic White Bread with nothing but flour, water, yeast and salt in the Ankarsrum Assistent.

If you've seen my earlier videos, I did a lot of experimenting to understand the best way to use the Ank in bread baking. I'm really happy with the way my bread turns out with this awesome machine.
