This is the easiest and most delicious recipe of carrot cake! so moist and just so good!🤩
You have to give this a try!💕

INGREDIENTS
200g carrots
zest of 1 orange
3 eggs
150g sugar
80g oil
180g flour
10g baking powder
1 tbsp allspice/ pumpkin spice
50g walnuts

use 75g cream with powdered sugar to make fluffy whipped cream

METHOD
grate the carrots and an orange set aside
in a separate bowl whisk in the eggs sugar and oil
add the carrots and combine the flour and seasoning
add in some chopped walnuts
pour in a parchment lined loaf tin and decorate w some walnuts

bake at 180°C for about 40-50mins in a preheated oven

let it cool and top w some frosting !
