Hans Kund also known as Teerth is the source of river Tirthan which flows through the banjar area of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.




Located at an altitude of 4100 mts, river tirthan is formed at the confluence of multiple glacial streams.
The area falls under the Great Himalayan National Park which is a World Heritage Site given by UNESCO.



The trek is moderate to hard, and rich in diversity.
The trail is full of dense vegetation, and a permit from the park officials is required.
