Scale Sound Systems Speakers: Review and Comparison

Tag along for a journey down my recent, great sounding rabbit hole with Scale Sound Systems HO scale speakers. In February 2024, I finally listened to the advice of several friends and purchased some speakers from Scale Sound Systems. I set up a test consist and spent about a month doing bench tests, layout running and comparison tests with other speaker setups. In the six months since, I have purchased and installed quite a few more, with plans to replace everything I have now and include these speakers in new installations.

These speakers sound great! Not only do you have a drastically increased bass range, but you also get smoother, clearer tones and a much fuller sound.
