I think a lot of times we are defined by the wins and losses, and clearly and solely by success, which is obviously a very important part of sport and something that needs to be valued in terms of continuing your career. But I think it's not the main focus. The understanding as an athlete is that your identity and worth don’t come from how successful you are on the field, but from how you are off the field—how you treat people, and how you are as a human being.
