Update: I Know the Link is Dead, I'm Not Authorized the File, The File in my Old PC and It Don't Work anymore, Sorry.

How to Install:

[For PC Users] Go to GTA San Andreas/data/Paths (Paste the Tracks1.dat in "Paths" Folder (Make sure to Back up the Current one before Replacing the File)

[For Android Users] Go to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data/Paths (Paste here but if the Folders Doesn't Exist just Create it like the Way the PC Version Shown above.
