For Those Walking The Spiritual Path Alone - A Message of Unity

My hope is that this video can be used as a resource for those who are feeling alone on their spiritual journeys, for those who feel 'stuck' in feelings of isolation, separation, and loneliness. Often times our spiritual journeys will cycle between states; some days we feel ecstatic, one, and whole with life while on others we are pulled down into darker emotional states. It has been my experience as well as the other experience of many seekers I've interacted with that loneliness can arise as a result of serious spirituality. In this video, I share key insights and perspectives that have helped me on my own journey in hopes that they may serve you as well. At the end of the day, however, you are your own best authority. Using this video as a starting point rather than as an absolute answer is my intention and hope.
