Lucid dreaming is a fascinating phenomenon that can be used for expanding your consciousness. In this guided meditation, we'll help you start your first sleep cycle and learn how to lucid dream in order to have more lucid dreams!

This Lucid dreaming guided meditation will get through your first sleep cycle.
Firstly guiding you into a very relaxed state where your body loosens and your mind becomes quieter, allowing for more focus.
The second part is a journey into your lucid dream and becoming aware that you are in fact dreaming.
You will be guided through and into a metaphysical state, allowing yourself to explore the outside world.
There is a portion that focuses on your observations in a wood, a park, an office and then back to your bed.
The fourth section is a talk down to again relax you and encourage sleep.
