Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell postgame after Fever home win over Dallas Wings for 20-win season

Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell answer questions from reporters after their 110-109 win over the Dallas Wings in their regular-season home finale at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was their 16th sellout of the season (17,274).

Clark recorded a career-high 35 points and dished out eight assists. She also surpassed Seimone Augustus' 18-year record for points scored by a rookie.Mitchell scored 30 points and Aliyah Boston added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.

It was a high-scoring game throughout with five players combined scoring at least 25 points. Arike Ogunbowale and Satou Sabally scored 27 points.

The Fever trailed by two points at halftime, then took a one-point lead into the final quarter. They used a run to distance themselves, but the Wings wouldn't go away.

It was the team's first 20-win season since 2015. And they clinched the No. 6 seed in the 2024 WNBA playoffs.
