This video examines how a Swansea town official benefited from the Massachusetts Community Preservation Act. It was compiled by veteran journalist Ric Oliveira, who was recruited as a volunteer investigator for the citizen group Expect Better Swansea. The group tried for months to get the attention of authorities in the state concerning a defective $20 Million Desalination Plant that has delivered dirty water to residents of unknown and known contaminates. Residents in the process uncovered numerous issues that should give cause to concern for ethical officials.
