INGREDIENTS:
• 500 g kebbi meat ( super fine lean beef meat)
• 500 g fine burgul washed and soaked ( watch the video)
• 1 medium onion
• 1/2 red capsicum
• 2 heaped tbsp chilli paste
• fresh chilli ( optional)
• 3 tbsp dried basil
• fresh basil ( around 3 small stalks)
• 2 tsp cumin
Meat Stuffing:
• 700 g lamb mince meat
• 2 onion finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
•2 tbsp ghee
• handful of pine nuts ( or you can use slivered almonds)
• a few stalks of parsley and mint ( optional)
