LAKE CULLULERAINE TO SPEAR CREEK

Day one of this big journey, having driven north to Lake Culluleraine (gorgeous spot, just past Mildura) from Melbourne the day before. This was a great drive through South Australian rural landmarks - Renmark, Morgan, Barra and Jamestown - culminating in a brilliant drive through the Flinders Ranges via Horrocks Pass Road. And just on the other side....Spear Creek Holiday Park is a lovely (sheep) farm-based camp ground with a magnificent view of the sunset over Port Augusta.
