A Celebration and Exploration of the Media Free Store

The Media Free Store is a project of Transition Town Media and serves as a place to donate used items and take (for free) items that you can use or re-purpose. We hope that the Free Store will act as a meeting space for small groups in the community and help to meet the needs of everyone. We accept small household items (small enough for one person to carry) in working order, books, small furniture, etc. Clothing or food donations can be brought to the clothing exchange and food pantry in the same building (at The Methodist Church, 350 West State Street, downtown Media.)

While everything in the Free Store is free, we do rely on donations to keep the doors open. The staff works on a volunteer basis, but we rely on donations (small and large) to pay rent. Please consider making a donation here: http://transitiontownmedia.org/donate/
