We went to #Al-Arafa 2 Restora. This restaurant is located at #Khulna Zero Point (Khulna-Satkhira Road). It is famous for the traditional food of this region ~ #Beef #ChuiJhal.

Chui Jhal is one of the most popular and unique spices in the southwestern region of Bangladesh. Chui is most commonly found in Bangladesh’s Khulna district, but it’s also found in Jessore, Bagerhat, and Satkhira. The chopped stems, roots and twigs of the chui jhal plant are used as spice while cooking food, especially meat.

Chui Jhal is mostly used to enhance flavor. The color of the gravy is beautiful. Eye-catching! The taste is pungent. It has moderate level spicy flavor. Here chui jhal is used to increase the heat and spiciness of the cuisine. The sticks soften throughout the cooking process, and sucking on its juices provides you the kick you’re looking for. There isn't any flavor of spicy chillies, only the chui jhal heat is there as the main ingredient. It's mild spicy. The meat is little chewy and meaty. The size of beef piece is satisfactory. Meat with bone is soft. It tastes like kosha gorur mangsho. Perfectly and moderately spiced. Beef chui jhal is an authentic flavored delicacy. Flavor is delicious! Delectable!

Doi looks outstanding, served in an earther pot. It has a beautiful, perfect color and taste. It is dense/thick, tasty and creamy. Luscious! It has a layer of sor on top. Tantalizing our taste buds. Fresh/khati milk made doi. Extraordinary delicious! Tatal bliss in the mouth. It has perfect sweetness, thickness and gives the authentic flavor of doi. This house special doi is a must try! Mouth-watering! Yummy! 😋
