Final mounting of the dual belt/servo belt on the Y-axis of the Stainless OX CNC using Openbuilds V-slot rails.
As described in an earlier video dual belt is very efficient for long linear motion systems due to low flex/stretch of the belt.
The lower belt is fixed to the rail using double sided tape (3M VHB). To ease getting the belt through the gantry I taped on a strip of plastic (cut from an index card) to the end. This was very helpful.
