In this movie you will see a basic felling technique where I make use of a safe corner. This I apply on trees leaning into the felling direction, standing up straight or leaning a little bit backwards.

• The notch / directional cut
• Sap cuts, Spun cuts, lateral cute
• Bore-cut
• Hinge
• Safe corner
• Wedge or breaking bar
• Final security check and communication
• Saw loose/ felling cut
• Move to safe place.
