1. “Who am I and how much have I allowed myself to be defined by my doing?” What activities in your life do you feel define you? Reflect on them. Can you see how the Lord is using them for His greater glory?
2. Debbie received a powerful affirmation from the Lord by way of 12 white roses. Have you received a similar sign from God? If so, how can you realize the beauty of that sign and also move your appreciation from the gift to the Giver of the gift?
3. Do you fall prey to allowing others to determine your value and worth? Debbie recounts a deep wound from high school she received from a group of girls commenting on her appearance. Have you experienced a similar wound? How can you receive healing?
4. Have you ever stopped and asked the Lord, “Father, what do You see in me?” If not, take a moment to reflect on that. Ask the Lord to show you the woman He sees as He gazes upon you.
5. Debbie shares a story about wanting to be like Mother Teresa and the Lord asking her instead to be the best-rate version of herself. Do you compare yourself to other Catholic female leaders? How do you remove that comparison and instead strive to receive the gift that YOU are?
