1. Check the ingredients [Stove, Dalgona kit (ladel, wooden chopsticks, cookie cutters, flattening spatula), sugar, baking soda, tray]
2. Coat the prepared tray and flattening spatula with sugar so the dalgona doesn't stick.
3. Scoop two tablespoons of sugar in the ladle.
4. Turn on the burner on low heat, and melt the sugar by stirring it evenly with chopsticks.
5. The sugar can burn if it is too hot, so be careful! Control the heat while stirring the sugar.
6. When the sugar melts into liquid, add baking soda twice by using chopsticks.
7. After adding baking soda, keep it far from the fire and stir it. (It can easily burn near the fire.)
8. When the dalgona rises, move it to the sugar-covered tray.
9. And stir it in a circle twice with chopsticks before it hardens!
10. Press the dalgona with a flattening spatula dipped in sugar to finish a basic dalgona!
11. Now, press this with different cookie cutters to get the dalgona shape you want!

1. 준비물 확인 [가스 버너, 달고나 키트(국자, 나무젓가락, 모양틀, 누름판), 설탕, 식소다, 쟁반]
2. 달고나가 붙지 않도록 누름판과 쟁반에 설탕을 미리 깔아둡니다.
3. 국자에 설탕을 두 스푼 넣습니다.
4. 가스 버너 불은 약불로 켜고, 국자 속 설탕을 나무젓가락으로 저어가며 녹여줍니다.
5. 너무 센불로 하면 설탕이 탈 수 있으니 조심! (국자를 불에 가깝거나 멀게해서)온도를 조절해서 설탕을 녹여주세요.
6. 설탕이 완전히 녹아서 설탕물이 되었을 때, 식소다를 나무 젓가락으로 두번 넣어줍니다.
7. 식소다를 넣은 후에는 불에 가까이 하지않고 멀리 떨어트린 상태에서 저어주세요. (불위에서 저으면 쉽게 타버려요)
8. 달고나가 부풀어 오르면 설탕을 깔아둔 쟁반에 부어주세요.
9. 바로 나무젓가락으로 달고나를 동글게 두어번 저어주면 동그란 모양을 만들 수 있습니다.
10. 설탕을 뭍혀뒀던 누름판으로 달고나를 눌러주면 기본달고나 완성!
11. 여기에 모양틀을 놓고 다시 눌러주면 원하는 모양의 달고나가 됩니다!
